To ensure that your needs for mortars and screeds are dealt with efficiently, we have created a Customer Service Centre and three dedicated Despatch Teams exclusively for these products.

Our Customer Service Team at Norton Bottoms deals with your first enquiries including technical and commercial issues.

Day to day ordering and despatching are dealt with by our Despatch Teams, who are based at our production plants at Humber, Newark/Lincoln and Peterborough.

When you have placed your contract with our Customer Service Centre, you will be advised of our Dispatch Team who will look forward to receiving your day to day ordering, and who will assume responsibility for dispatching mortar to your site. Collections are welcomed
